Sorry we missed the blog last week but eh, we really don't care that much.

Podcasting...without iTunes

We often mention on the show how you can download and subscribe to our show on iTunes. iTunes is a great resource for podcasts, but we have fans that have complained that either they don't use iTunes, or they hate using it. So today we will show another way. Meet Juice. It works on Windows, Mac, and many forms of Linux. It is a simple program that lets you enter in podcasts you wish to follow and than gathers them for you when they become available (same as the iTunes podcast section).

All you will need to download using this player is our URL feed for where we store the shows online: http://blissfullyignorant.libsyn.com/rss

Hit the plus sign, enter that, and you'll be good to go. Hopefully this makes the process of enjoying the show easier for some of our listener. Be sure to tune into Monday's (Aug. 22nd)

Status Update: Summer is Hot and Long

Hi all,

Sorry for the lack of shows the last few weeks. We have had crazy work schedules which hasn't allowed us time to do shows. We hope to get back to normal next week on Monday Aug. 15th. In the mean time download show #58: Wear a Sign....and share it with all your friends. We plan to start strong in the fall with some new ideas and show stuff (its all secret so I can't tell you), but the most important thing to help us is to get more listeners. So do your part and spread the word. Listen to our past shows and keep on sending those emails

54: Tax-Free Strippers

Alright everyone, hold on to your pants because Kryssa here is actually making the post today (I know, I know, I never do it). I have to earn my keep, otherwise Max will throw me out on my ass. And yes I am signed into his name... Shhh, I won't tell if you won't tell. Right, blog post:

Here is the awesome local news station coverage of the yearbook story. Man that kid should get super laid...

Don't forget to go to our store and buy some gear with our name on it. Is wearing logos still popular or did that die with the 90s? Either way, we should keep it going by wearing our logo! Go to the store and spend money. Isn't father's day coming up? Or a friend's birthday?

Also like our Facebook page so we can become real people too. That would be awesome!

Tell your friends, your friends' friends. Hell, "fork" your neighbors yard with our name (if you don't know what that is, look it up. It is awesome and a lot of fun but you MUST help clean up afterwards or you might get shot depending how attached your neighbors are to their yards).

Oh and one more thing, and this is SUPER IMPORTANT! Please do not slash tires. Especially the older car with the paint peeling because obviously we cannot afford to get a new tire... Or four! We probably will talk about this during the next show so stay tuned for the whole story.

As we talked about fewer news stories then we normal do, we thus have less fun extras to share here....but how could you continue your day with out seeing a very fat toddler:

Thankfully for Lu Hao the Blissfully Ignorant store has him covered with sizes from small all the way up to 2X....which means he will be out of luck in 3 months, so he better buy now.

If this episode triggered any deep down repressed childhood memories of how you were raised send them in and we will share how screwed up we all should really be.

We want to take a moment to thank everybody that listened to our first show back last week, as the download numbers were much higher then even we expected (and we are pretty fucking vain people). We hope we can reward you with many more shows to come....along with a few surprises in the future that will make it even easier to listen on-the-go.

52: It's Been A Long Time Coming

Apparent not very. You do have to give the guy credit. If your going to lie to impress a girl why not go way over the top. You do have to wonder how he was planning to keep up the conversation during the whole flight. I think the next obvious step would have been claiming to be part of SEAL team 6.

So apparently these ads did run in one city in Washington (Yakima).

They would have given their cause a ton of attention, but sadly people don't have a sense of humor when it comes to old-cowboy-hat-wearing-guys butts.

We know it's been a long time. Life got in the way, as it does. We will tell most of the story of what happened and why we went silent, and than we will get back to giving you a radio show just like we used to. There will be hopefully some improvements as we have gotten smarter with this whole inter-web thingy, but the content will be just like the good old days. So here is what you need to know for now:
